This notice covers the public PIXL website at pixl.technology and the project brief submitted through its Contact page. Separate client Project Rooms, contracted services, and private product environments may operate under their own project terms and access rules.

Information collected

PIXL receives the information you choose to include in a project brief:

• Name, work email, company, and project or place
• The decision, outcome, delivery surface, timing, and context you describe
• Any follow-up information you later provide directly

Hosting infrastructure may also process standard technical request data, such as IP address, browser information, request time, and security logs. PIXL has not added advertising cookies or behavioral analytics to this public site.

How information is used

PIXL uses submitted information to:

• Review and respond to the inquiry
• Understand the place, audience, source material, and intended outcome
• Recommend an experience and delivery path
• Protect, troubleshoot, and improve the public website
• Maintain appropriate business, security, and project records

Providers and disclosure

The website and project brief are hosted and processed through Netlify. PIXL may use other service providers when needed to operate, protect, or respond to the inquiry. Information is shared only to the extent needed for those services, a requested project discussion, or a legal or security obligation.

Retention and choices

PIXL keeps inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, assess a potential working relationship, maintain appropriate records, or meet security and legal obligations. You may ask PIXL to review, correct, or delete information connected to your inquiry by emailing support@pixl.technology.

Please do not submit passwords, private credentials, regulated personal data, or restricted files through the public project brief.
